LEGO® set rental, made simple
Rent LEGO® sets without buying every build.
Next Brick lets you rent the LEGO sets you want to build without buying every box or finding permanent shelf space. Choose a set from the "Explore Sets" page, use Brick Points to rent it, and have it shipped to your door. Every set is inspected and verified before it leaves us, so you can focus on the build. That makes it easier to try a large display set, a family build, or a new theme while keeping your collection and budget flexible. When you finish, pack the set in the box and return it with the prepaid label, or use the Breakdown Bonus Guide, to earn extra Brick Points when you break down the set. Then choose another build. You can rent without a plan by buying Brick Points as you need them, or choose a plan for monthly Brick Points and included shipments. Plans are optional, and your Brick Points never expire.
How does renting work?
1. Browse our Explore Page and add sets to your cart. 2. Your cart will show the Brick Points cost for each set. If you don't have enough brick points, the cost to purchase the difference is calculated automatically. 3. We ship your sets with a prepaid return label included. 4. Build, enjoy, and return! 5. When you're ready, break it down and ship it back using the prepaid label. Lost the label or no printer? Get a QR code from your portal and the carrier will print it for you at their counter. You can even earn bonus Brick Points by following the breakdown guide we provide! Learn more on our How It Works page.
Do I need a subscription to rent?
How long can I keep a rental?
For up to two months max. At checkout, you're paying for the first month (30 days), plus an additional 3 days to account for your return shipment. At the end of the first month, if we haven't received your return, your rental renews for a second month (30 days) at the same Brick Points cost. Any additional Brick Points needed at that time are charged at your Brick Point rate.
Do Brick Points expire?
No. Your Brick Points roll over month to month and never expire. Skip a month, stack them up for a bigger build, or rent something new every month.
Am I charged if pieces or minifigures are missing?
If a set comes back with pieces or minifigures missing, we charge the pieces’ market value plus a $3.00 piece replacement fee, charged once per set. We source prices from BrickLink so the piece value is fair, and you can view the full breakdown in your Customer Portal under Billing.
Is return shipping free?
Yes, always! Every order includes a prepaid return label. Just drop off the package at the carrier location shown on your label.
