Lotso

Getting a soft, slightly slumped plush bear out of hard plastic is the whole challenge here, and the 570 pieces solve it with a lot of curved and rounded work around the belly and head. His face is built to move: you can tilt it, shift his eyebrows, turn his hands, and pose him standing or sitting with his walking stick. Which means you get to decide whether this is the friendly Lotso from the first ten minutes of Toy Story 3, or the other one.
