Thing lives in a steamer trunk, and that is exactly what you build: a hinged case that opens into a full apartment with a bed, a chair, a hat and a watch. The details are the joke and the delight, all the way down to a nail varnish bottle that opens up with a brush inside. Thing himself is built as a posable figure, and Enid comes along as a minidoll to visit.
