Baby Dinosaur Dolores: Aquilops

Aquilops was a real Cretaceous plant-eater roughly the size of a housecat, and this 339-piece build catches that scale at about 20 cm from beak to tail. Most of the fun is in the joints: head, arms, legs and tail are all posable, and the beaked snout takes some satisfying small-piece shaping to get right. Best of all, the jaw actually opens, and Dolores comes with her own brick-built flowering plant to chomp on.
